TSC Texans 88/89 win US Youth Soccer National Cup State Championship
In early June, the TSC Texans 88/89 won the US Youth Soccer National Cup State Championship in Austin. The TSC U18 Boys won the state championship for South Texas with a 1-1 tie vs old rivals Houstonians FC 89, a 3-0 win over the AU Capitals Navy, and a 3-2 win in an exciting hard-fought game vs the Lonestars 89B Red.
The U18 TSC Texans will go on to compete in the Region 3 US Youth Soccer
National Cup Regionals in Oklahoma City at the end of June, and they
have drawn a tough first round bracket. They will face another old time
rival, Solar 89 of North Texas, as well as the Cobb FC Chiefs from Georgia
and the Westside Capitals from Arkansas.
